Audubon Country Club

Audubon Country Club is a guard-gated golf community of about 400 homes on 755 acres in North Naples, west of U.S. 41, with more than half the land in preserve. Owners join the private, Troon Prive-managed club, which has an 18-hole Joe Lee course and is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.

Audubon Country Club is a guard-gated golf community in North Naples (ZIP 34110), west of U.S. 41 and minutes from the Gulf beaches. The club describes about 400 homes on 755 acres, one of the lowest densities in Naples. More than half the land is preserve, and 28 lakes run through the property. Homes sit in 14 neighborhoods on two sides: Club Side, between U.S. 41 and Vanderbilt Drive, and Bay Side, west of Vanderbilt Drive, each with its own guarded gate. Most are single-family homes built from 1990 to 2003. They range from the maintenance-free homes of Devon Green and the detached villas of Whitney Lane to estate homes of 4,000 to more than 5,500 square feet on Chancery Circle. Montclair adds 36 condominiums in six three-story buildings along the first fairway.

The 18-hole course is a Joe Lee design that finished a three-year renovation in 2018. It is a par 72 that plays to 6,755 yards from the back of five sets of tees (rating 73.1, slope 135), set among lakes, preserves and homes. The club is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Golf memberships are capped at 340, and members can own a golf cart and drive it to the club.

Audubon Country Club is a private club managed by Troon Prive, which gives members benefits at other Troon clubs. Owners must hold a club membership, Social at minimum; Golf membership is optional and has a waitlist. The 35,000-square-foot clubhouse has the Grill Room and the Main Dining Room, and the Courtside Cafe serves the pool and courts. There are seven Har-Tru tennis courts and two pickleball courts, croquet, bocce, pools, a fitness center with classes and massage, a Lifestyle Center that opened in 2020, and a boardwalk with a kayak launch. A two-phase clubhouse renovation runs from April 2026 through 2027, with a grand opening planned for early 2028.

Every owner belongs to Audubon Country Club Foundation, Inc., the master homeowners association, managed by Precedent Hospitality & Property Management. Devon Green and Montclair have their own associations. There is no CDD.
