Fiddler's Creek

Fiddler's Creek is a private, guard-gated club community of just under 4,000 acres between Naples and Marco Island, with a 54,000-square-foot Club and Spa, an Arthur Hills golf course rebuilt for 2025, and optional Tarpon Club beach and marina privileges.

Fiddler's Creek is a private, guard-gated community on just under 4,000 acres in south Naples, between Naples and Marco Island and next to the Everglades wilderness. It is zoned for about 6,000 residences, so much of the land is preserve, lakes, parks and golf. Homes range from coach homes and villas to single-family homes and custom estates across more than 30 neighborhoods, each with its own association under the Fiddler's Creek Foundation. Gulf Bay Group of Companies is still building, with Callista II coach homes, Dorado coach homes, Oyster Harbor single-family homes and the Hidden Cove estate enclave.

**The Club and Spa.** Owners belong to the Foundation, which runs the 54,000-square-foot clubhouse, a lagoon-style multi-pool complex with waterfalls and a whirlpool, a fitness center with nearly 60 weekly classes, a full-service spa with steam and sauna, six Har-Tru tennis courts (four lit), ten pickleball courts and three bocce courts. Dining includes Caxambas at the clubhouse and The Gator Grille by the pool. Marsh Pointe Nature Park has a boardwalk and gazebo, and the gate is staffed around the clock with roving patrols.

**Golf.** The Golf Club is a separate, optional membership. Its Arthur Hills course has been on Golfweek's list of top 100 residential courses every year from 2006 to 2025, and it reopened for 2025 with a new clubhouse, a rerouted layout, new playing surfaces and an 18-acre practice facility with Toptracer bays.

**Beach and boating.** The optional Tarpon Club adds a staffed Beach Pavilion with valet parking on Marco Island, Sale e Pepe restaurant, and preferred rates at the Tarpon Club Marina on the Isles of Capri, a wet and dry facility with 180 slips for boats up to 36 feet.

**Costs.** Most homes pay a neighborhood association fee, the Foundation assessment and a cable fee, plus a community development district assessment on the tax bill. The district amount depends on the neighborhood and whether its bonds are paid off. Most listings allow up to three leases a year with a 30-day minimum, but confirm rules with the neighborhood association.
