Grey Oaks is a private, guard-gated country club community in central Naples with 54 holes on three courses (Pine, Palm and Estuary), two clubhouses, a 30,000-square-foot wellness center, and an equity club where owners hold at least a Sports membership.
Grey Oaks Country Club is a private, guard-gated community in central Naples, just off Airport-Pulling Road and a short drive from Fifth Avenue South and the beaches. Homes range from coach homes and condominiums to villas and custom single-family estates, spread across 19 neighborhood associations under the Grey Oaks Property Owners Association. The Estuary at Grey Oaks, around the West clubhouse, has its own property owners association and shares the same club.
**The club.** Grey Oaks is an equity club. Equity Golf members have unlimited year-round golf on all three courses, and Equity Sports members have full use of the club's social, wellness and racquet amenities, with golf only from May through October. Sports members can join a waitlist for golf membership. New owners on the East campus have been required to buy at least a Sports membership at closing since June 2014.
**Golf.** The Pine Course was reimagined by architect Andrew Green, the Palm Course is known for its lagoons, island greens and rock waterfall, and the Estuary Course is carved through stands of pine, cypress and oak. A Performance Center with Inrange technology supports PGA instruction and club fitting.
**Clubhouses and amenities.** The 62,000-square-foot East Clubhouse holds dining, a ballroom and social spaces, and the 19,000-square-foot West Clubhouse, also called the Estuary, overlooks the lake and golf course. Dining venues include the Pool Cafe, Point Grille, the Estuary, and Grab and Go. The 30,000-square-foot Wellness Center offers personal training, group fitness, a spa and a recovery center. Racquet sports include 10 Har-Tru tennis courts and eight pickleball courts, along with bocce and resort-style pools.
**Living here.** Most neighborhoods allow leases of at least 180 days, up to twice a year, but rules and fees vary by neighborhood, so confirm with the neighborhood association and the club before you buy. There is no community development district.
