Kalea Bay

Kalea Bay is a gated high-rise condominium community on Old Coast Road off Vanderbilt Drive in North Naples (ZIP 34110), developed by Soave Real Estate. Five 22-story towers are planned for about 600 residences, and The Club at Kalea Bay offers dining, three pools, a wellness center, tennis and pickleball. Each tower has its own rooftop terrace with a pool and open-air fitness area.

Kalea Bay sits on Old Coast Road off Vanderbilt Drive, just north of Wiggins Pass Road in North Naples (ZIP 34110), with views toward Wiggins Pass and the Gulf. Soave Real Estate is the developer. The plan is five 22-story towers of about 120 residences each, about 600 in all. Towers 100 to 400 were completed from 2017 to 2024, and Tower 500, the last tower, was in its final construction stages in 2026. Residences are 3- and 4-bedroom condominiums of about 3,200 square feet and up, delivered finished, with private elevator entries. Tower 500 plans run to about 4,950 square feet of total living area.

**The Club at Kalea Bay.** The club has a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse, Salt and Oak restaurant, Driftwood Cafe, two open-air bars, a salon, a resort pool, an adults-only pool, a kids' wading pool, a teen lounge and kids' game room, outdoor fire pits, a wellness center with Technogym equipment, a pilates studio, a spin room, a sauna and steam showers, four Har-Tru tennis courts, eight pickleball courts and twelve guest cottages for members' guests. Each tower adds a 7,500-square-foot rooftop terrace with a negative-edge pool, sky lounge, open-air fitness area and grills. Security is staffed around the clock. There is no golf course.

**Costs and rules.** Owners pay a master association fee, a tower condominium fee and club dues. Combined dues run about $3,100 to $3,600 a month depending on the tower (2026), with one-time fees of about $60,150 at purchase. Leases must be at least 30 days, up to four a year, and pets are allowed. Each tower's association sets its own rules, so confirm them before buying or leasing.

**Nearby.** Cocohatchee River Park and its public boat ramp are about half a mile south on Vanderbilt Drive. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is about 2 miles away, Mercato shopping and dining about 4 miles, and Artis Naples about 6 miles (straight-line distances).
