Kensington is a guard-gated community of 563 coach homes and single-family homes on Pine Ridge Road in central Naples, built around the walkable, par-71 Robert Trent Jones Jr. course of the member-owned Kensington Golf & Country Club. Club membership is optional.

Kensington is a guard-gated community on the south side of Pine Ridge Road between Airport-Pulling and Livingston Roads in central Naples (ZIP 34105). The master association counts 563 residences: 272 coach home condominiums and 291 single-family homes. They sit in neighborhoods such as Kensington Gardens, Canterbury Green, Sheffield Villas, Yorktown Villas, Hampton Row, The Hamlet, Lancaster Square, Wellington Place and Westchester, and most were built between the mid 1990s and 2002.

The golf course opened in 1994. Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed it, renovated it in 2006 and reimagined it in 2021 with wider fairways and more recovery options. It is a par 71 that plays to 6,757 yards from the back of six tees, with coquina shell waste areas, a cypress preserve and a 20-acre nature preserve, and it is one of the few walkable courses in Naples. The course is Audubon certified.

Kensington Golf & Country Club is a member-owned equity club, and membership is optional for residents and open to non-residents. It offers Golf, Sport and Social categories. The clubhouse has been renovated and expanded, with an expanded pro shop and new dining, and the club serves meals in the Kensington Dining Room, the Mayfair Grill and Brighton Pointe, an outdoor venue overlooking the 18th hole. Other amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool, seven lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, six pickleball courts, two lighted bocce courts, and a boutique fitness center with a Pilates studio, group classes and massage. The social calendar runs to more than 100 events a year.

Every owner belongs to Kensington Park Master Association, Inc., managed by Newell Property Management, and most neighborhoods add their own association. Quarterly master dues include Hotwire fiber TV and internet. The gate uses barcodes and dwellingLive visitor registration. The master association allows two pets, and rentals follow Collier County rules and each neighborhood's policy. Leases must be at least 30 days, up to three a year.
