Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club

Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is a gated Estero community of about 1,230 homes on a 700 acre freshwater lake with 3 miles of private beach, a Beach Clubhouse, two marinas and an optional private Arthur Hills golf club.

Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club spans more than 1,200 acres east of I-75 and south of Alico Road in Estero (ZIP 33913), set around a 700 acre freshwater lake with 3 miles of private white sand beach. Miromar Development began the community in 2001, and new custom neighborhoods are still selling: Positano beachfront estates, Messina golf villas and Nerano coach homes.

About 1,230 homes are built across single family neighborhoods, villas, coach homes and low and mid rise condominiums. The Beach Clubhouse has indoor and outdoor dining, a lounge with a wine room, a library, billiards, a card room, a theater and a business center, beside a 10,000 square foot zero edge infinity pool. Residents also have the European Wellness Spa and salon, a fitness center, a racquet club with seven lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, basketball and bocce, a botanical park, concierge services, two marinas and three restaurants. The lake is used for boating, water skiing, paddle sports and fishing. It is a freshwater lake with no Gulf access.

Miromar Lakes Golf Club is a private club with an optional membership and a waitlist. Its remastered Arthur Hills Signature course is an 18 hole, par 72 layout with six sets of tees from 4,500 to 7,100 yards and a 15 acre practice facility. The official initiation fee is $140,000, and buyers of new construction homes can bypass the waitlist. The community is in the Miromar Lakes Community Development District. Total association fees run about $1,300 a month (2026).
