Quail West is a private, guard-gated golf community in North Naples with two Arthur Hills courses, a 100,000-square-foot clubhouse, and a resident-only club where every owner holds at least a House membership.

Quail West Golf and Country Club is a private, guard-gated community in North Naples, set on about 1,180 acres along the Collier and Lee county line. Homes are primarily custom single-family and estate residences, many with golf course or lake views. The club's own materials place the community about 15 minutes from the Gulf beaches and 20 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport.

**The club.** Quail West Foundation operates both the community and the club, and the club states that all amenities are member-owned and debt-free. Club membership is available only to Quail West residents. Every property owner must hold at least a House membership, which includes the clubhouse, dining, fitness, spa, and court sports, with off-season golf. Full Golf membership is optional and subject to availability, and a Golf Member in Waiting program offers afternoon play in season while a golf spot opens up.

**Golf.** Two 18-hole courses, The Preserve and The Lakes, were originally designed by Arthur Hills and later renovated under architect Drew Rogers. The golf program includes PGA instruction, expansive practice facilities, and a full-service pro shop.

**Clubhouse and amenities.** The 100,000-square-foot clubhouse holds casual and fine dining, including Cypress Grille, the Mahogany Room, and the Marketplace, plus a sports bar, a wine bar and cigar terrace, a grand ballroom, and meeting rooms. The two-story, 12,000-square-foot fitness center offers Pilates, barre, TRX, spin, and physical therapy, alongside a full-service spa and salon, an indoor solarium exercise pool, and sauna and steam rooms. Court sports include eight Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, bocce, and basketball, and there is a playground.

**Living here.** Leasing requires Foundation approval, with a 180-day minimum and no more than two leases per calendar year. Common household pets are allowed in reasonable numbers, on a leash outside the home, with some breed restrictions. Fees and membership terms change each season, so confirm current figures with the club before you buy.
