Reflection Lakes

Reflection Lakes is a gated master-planned neighborhood in south Fort Myers between Summerlin Road and Cypress Lake Drive, with lakes, a resident gate into Lakes Park, and a mix of houses, villas, and condos.

The Reflection Lakes Master TownSq page describes a gated community of 820 condos, villas, and single-family homes on over 300 acres, with 10 lakes, private preserves, and private access to Lakes Park, minutes from Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and RSW. A KW Property Management portal remains at web.kw-ic.com/reflectionlakes. Public association listings use 13950 Reflection Lakes Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33907. Local community pages name Engle Homes as the original developer. Lee GIS on this slug shows 552 homes — that is the named subdivision slice; condos and the Promenade sit on sibling slugs, which is why the master association’s 820 figure is larger. Official master copy says gated but does not claim a staffed guardhouse, so access stays gated_unmanned. Do not confuse this Fort Myers community with Reflection Lakes at Naples.
