Treviso Bay is a guard-gated golf community in south Naples with more than 1,400 homes, an 18-hole TPC course and two clubhouses beside Rookery Bay. Golf membership is bundled with 825 of the homes; every owner pays the master association and a social food minimum.
Treviso Bay sits about five miles south of downtown Naples on U.S. 41 (9800 Treviso Bay Boulevard, ZIP 34113), next to the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. VK Development began the project in 2006, and Lennar Homes later became the developer. Construction is finished at 1,431 units by the master association's count, in four home types: single-family homes, coach homes, veranda condominiums and terrace condominiums (two and four stories).
TPC Treviso Bay, part of the PGA TOUR's TPC Network, is an 18-hole Arthur Hills course with Hal Sutton as player consultant. It opened in 2008, covers 188 acres and plays up to 7,365 yards from eight sets of tees, with TifEagle greens and paspalum tees and fairways. Golf membership comes bundled with 825 homes chosen by the developer, and no other golf memberships are sold. The course is private to members from November through April and takes guest tee times from May through October.
The main clubhouse (64,000 square feet, built 2016) has the Wentworth Dining Room, the Players Grille, the private Treviso Room, the Flag View Bar (2025), card and activity rooms, lounges with saunas and a golf shop. Residents also have Club Rilassare, a 15,000-square-foot second clubhouse, resort-style lagoon and lap pools, a tennis and bocce center with a pro shop, pickleball courts, a fitness center with an aerobics and Pilates studio, and spa and salon services. There is no beach club or marina.
The 2026 master association fee is $7,420 a year (cable and internet included) plus a $750 food minimum. Single-family homes add lawn care of about $2,000 to $4,000 a year, and condominium and coach homes pay a neighborhood association quarterly. Bundled golf homes pay $5,350 a year in golf dues. The Wentworth Estates CDD bills $1,499.21 per unit for operations plus bond debt of about $790 to $3,606 by home type. Owners may lease up to four times a year for at least 30 days. Most homes allow up to 2 pets.
