TwinEagles is a guard-gated golf community of 717 homes on 1,115 acres in eastern Naples, built around two private 18-hole courses: Talon, by Jack Nicklaus, and Eagle, by Steve Smyers. Every home carries a deeded Golf, Sports or Social membership in the member-owned TwinEagles Club.

TwinEagles is a private, guard-gated golf community off Immokalee Road in eastern Naples (ZIP 34120). The club dates its start to 1997 and spreads across 1,115 acres of lakes, preserve and fairways. The club and the 2026 Collier County tax roll both count 717 homes, built from 1999 through 2024. Most are single-family estate and executive homes, and the Covent Garden neighborhood adds 120 coach homes.

Golf is 36 holes. The Talon Course, a Jack Nicklaus design renovated by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II in 2021, plays to 7,420 yards at par 72. The Eagle Course, designed by Steve Smyers with Patrick Andrews, plays to 7,607 yards at par 71, with a 77.5 rating and 150 slope from the back tees; Smyers renovated four of its holes in 2019. Practice facilities, instruction and The Himalayan putting course round out the golf.

The renovated clubhouse holds the Grill, with an indoor-outdoor dining room and an oval island bar. The Midway Café serves sandwiches, salads and pastries, and the Tiki bar sits beside a 2,500 square foot resort-style pool and spa. There is a fitness center with Peloton bikes, a studio and a spa suite, plus two Har-Tru tennis courts, four tournament pickleball courts and four lighted synthetic bocce courts. TwinEagles is an Audubon International Gold Certified Signature Sanctuary.

The TwinEagles Club, Inc. is private and member-owned. Membership is mandatory for every home and deeded to the property in one of three categories: Golf, Sports or Social. Full golf memberships are capped at 614, and the club offers no non-resident memberships. Buyers submit the club's Membership Agreement at least seven days before closing.

TwinEagles Homeowners Association, Inc., the master association managed by FirstService Residential, is separate from the club. Bramble, Covent Garden, Dundee, Holly Brook, Lockford, Wicklow and Wisteria each add a neighborhood association, so every sale needs estoppels from the club and the master association, plus the neighborhood association where there is one. The entry is guard-gated and the community is patrolled. Leases must be at least 30 days, up to three a year.
