Valencia Trails is a guard-gated 55+ community of 836 single-family homes by GL Homes on Immokalee Road in Naples, built from 2021 to 2025 and now sold out. A 43,000-square-foot clubhouse anchors a restaurant and bar, resort and lap pools, tennis, pickleball and bocce, and there is no golf course.
Valencia Trails is a gated community of one-story single-family homes on the south side of Immokalee Road, about seven miles east of I-75 in Naples (ZIP 34120). GL Homes planned 836 homes on about 563 acres, with 24 lakes and more than 160 acres of conservation land, and closed the last homes in 2025. The recorded declaration makes it housing for older persons under the federal Fair Housing Act: at least one occupant of each home must be 55 or older, with a limited share of homes the board may approve for younger occupants as the law allows, and residents under 19 may stay no more than 60 days a year.
Life centers on the 43,000-square-foot clubhouse at 11880 Majestic Trails Boulevard. It has a social hall for shows and live entertainment, the Gather restaurant and bar, a poolside bar, a fitness center with classes, and a racquet club with lighted tennis and pickleball courts plus covered bocce. Outside are a resort pool, a lap pool and a spa, a dog park and walking trails along the lakes and preserve. A full-time lifestyle director runs events and resident clubs.
Every owner belongs to Valencia Trails Homeowners Association, Inc., managed on site by GRS Community Management. Assessments are billed quarterly and run about $549 a month (2026). The association took over from GL Homes in 2025. There is no golf course; the community sits across Immokalee Road from TwinEagles.
