Verdana Village

Verdana Village is a gated Cameratta community on Corkscrew Road in Estero, with 1,497 single family and villa homes built so far by Lennar and Pulte Homes toward a planned 2,400, plus a large indoor and outdoor sports complex, a resort pool and on site dining. There is no golf course.

Verdana Village sits on Corkscrew Road in Estero, about six miles east of I-75. Cameratta Companies, which also developed The Place at Corkscrew nearby, planned the community on more than 2,100 acres, including about 1,200 acres of restored conservation land. Lennar and Pulte Homes build the single family and villa homes, and the first homes were completed in 2021.

Lee County property records for 2026 show 1,497 homes built, with roughly 900 more platted homesites, and new homes are still selling toward a planned total of 2,400. Owners belong to the Verdana Village Master Association and one of two neighborhood associations, and pay V-Dana Community Development District assessments on the Lee County tax bill. The Shoppes at Verdana Village, a Publix anchored center, sits at the entrance outside the gate.

The Master Amenity Center has Drift restaurant, The Craft Lounge, the Paradise Patio pool bar, a cafe, a resort pool with a beach style entry and cabanas, an oversized spa, a playground, bocce, a dog park and a yoga lawn. Its Sports Complex adds a fitness center open around the clock, a movement studio, locker rooms, an indoor gym for basketball and volleyball, and four indoor pickleball and two indoor tennis courts. Outside are 12 pickleball courts, 5 clay tennis courts and a practice court with a ball machine. The West Village amenity center has its own pool with lap lanes, a spa, a clubhouse with a catering kitchen, a fitness room, a picnic pavilion, horseshoes and a sports field, and an East Village center is planned. There is no golf course.
