West Bay Club is a gated golf and beach community of 686 homes in Estero, on the Estero River, with an optional Pete and P.B. Dye golf club and a private Gulf Beach Club that comes with every home.

West Bay Club sits on about 868 acres in Estero, just west of US 41, with more than 500 acres of wetlands and nature preserve. The club opened in 1998 and its 18 hole, par 72 Pete and P.B. Dye course opened in 1999. Its 686 homes, built from 1999 to 2024, range from single family neighborhoods to low rise condominiums and the twin Jasmine Bay towers. The Island at West Bay Club, an 86 residence tower by Kolter Urban, is under construction.

Every home includes the private Beach Club on the Gulf, finished in March 2024, with a restaurant, valet and beach attendants. Golf is separate: the members only Golf Club is optional, and new golf members join through a member in waiting category. All residents share the community Bay House, with its resort pool, the Aqua Café, a fitness center and a spa, plus The Net (eight Har Tru tennis courts), a sports park with six pickleball courts and two bocce courts, and River Park on the Estero River, with a dock, boat launch and complimentary boat storage. Gulf access from the river is under a bridge.

The West Bay Club Community Association is the master association, and condominium neighborhoods add their own. Total fees run about $2,177 a month (2026), which varies widely by neighborhood (about $920 a month for a single family home to about $3,100 for a Jasmine Bay tower), and about $5,500 in one time fees at closing. There is no community development district. The entrance is gated and staffed.
