WildBlue is a gated lakefront community of 1,096 single family homes, including the VistaBlue neighborhood, off Corkscrew Road in Estero, built around large freshwater lakes with boating, a lake beach and a club campus on a 20 acre peninsula. There is no golf course.
WildBlue sits on the north side of Corkscrew Road, about four miles east of I-75 at Exit 123. It is marketed as Estero, and postal addresses are Fort Myers 33913. Lennar launched the community in 2018 with Pulte Homes, WCI Communities and Stock Custom Homes as fellow builders. The land plan sets homes around more than 800 acres of freshwater lakes and about 1,329 acres of preserve.
Lee County property records show 1,096 single family homes across WildBlue's neighborhoods, built from 2019 through 2025. The original WildBlue phases hold 673 of them, including the Stock custom estate homes on The Peninsula, and 423 are in VistaBlue (also marketed as Vista WildBlue), a Lennar neighborhood within WildBlue set around its own lake with its own gated entry. VistaBlue homes pay assessments to the Blue Lake Community Development District and the rest of WildBlue to the WildBlue Community Development District, both collected on the Lee County tax bill.
The Club at WildBlue overlooks WildBlue Lake from a 20 acre peninsula, with indoor and outdoor social spaces, an indoor restaurant and bar, a pool bar and grille, and a resort pool beside a freshwater lake beach. The WildBlue Sports Club adds a fitness center open around the clock by key fob, a lap pool, a spa, and tennis, pickleball, bocce and basketball courts. Residents kayak, paddleboard and boat on the lakes from the community boat launch. There is no Gulf access and no golf course.
