Windstar on Naples Bay is a staffed-gate, non-bundled golf and marina community on about 450 acres in Naples (ZIP 34112). It pairs a member-owned Tom Fazio 18 with a 72-slip deep-water marina and a private Keewaydin Island beach reached by club boat.

Windstar on Naples Bay is a gated community on Naples Bay (ZIP 34112), about seven minutes to Old Naples by land. Official club pages call it Naples' only gated golf community on the bay with both a marina and a private beach. It is not bundled: residents are not required to join the member-owned club, which also accepts non-resident members. The club markets about 450 acres and 15 neighborhoods of single-family homes, villas, and condos.

The Tom Fazio championship eighteen (FSGA: Black 72.6/135; eight tee sets on club copy) is capped at about 350 golf memberships, with a wait list when full. Official amenities include six Har-Tru tennis courts (two lighted), three bocce courts, a fitness center, and a renovated clubhouse with four dining venues overlooking the bay (Bayview Dining Room and Veranda, Sunset Lounge, Keewaydin Grill and Terrace, and a private wine room). Southpointe Marina / Southpointe Yacht Club has 72 wet slips for yachts up to 70 feet with direct access to Naples Bay and the Gulf (Gordon Pass). Members reach a Windstar-only beach on Keewaydin Island by club boat shuttle. The club is an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary; the marina participates in Florida's Clean Marina program.

There is no CDD on the live record or the public club pages (city/county taxes plus master HOA, neighborhood HOA, and optional club dues). Typical association fees run about $1,263 a month (wide range $898 to $1,884 across 16 neighborhoods; 2026), one-time fees are about $200, leasing is allowed up to 3 times a year with a 30-day minimum, and pets most often have limits (max 1, 60 lb; some homes require approval instead).
