About this home
Some views just stop you cold. From this top-floor end unit, you're looking out over the lake and the greens of Cypress Lake Country Club — and once you see it, you get it. This is why people move to Florida. Top-floor end units in this community rarely come available, and this one stands out even among them. Nine-foot ceilings, a private garage, and a layout that lives much larger than the square footage suggests. Three bedrooms, two full baths, and an open living space that pulls light in from every direction. Step onto the balcony with your morning coffee and watch the golfers work their way down the fairway or the sun come up off the lake — no traffic noise, no pool chaos, just quiet. This unit carries a little local history — the tile floors were hand-laid by Italian artisans who had just completed work on a nearby church. Whether you keep them or make them your own, the craftsmanship is undeniable. Practical updates are already done — brand new roof in 2024 with the assessment fully paid, plus new fans and toilets throughout. Move in and enjoy it. Location-wise, you're minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and every convenience you need day to day. Offered partially furnished and ready to go — bring your golf clubs and your swimsuit.
